Your responsibilities as the Assistant Team Manager:

  • Leading and Managing your Team
  • Provide advice and support in relation to casework
  • Influencing and encouraging your team
  • Providing a range of performance management and quality assurance


Requirements of you as the Assistant Team Manager:

  • A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
  • A valid HCPC registration
  • Significant experience of working within Children an Families
  • Experience of working within a Senior/Managerial position
  • Experience of working within a Frontline Team
  • Must hold a full UK Driving Licence



Location: South East London
Salary: up to £46,000 + healthcare + pension
