Fantastic role for an Area Operations Manager in Gloucestershire to oversee a portfolio of supported living services covering Gloucester, Cheltenham and Stonehouse for adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health.

I am looking to speak to experienced Area, Regional or Operations Manager's within CQC regulated services based in the Gloucestershire to oversee a developed region, ensure all care standards are met and to develop the reputation of my client.

As Area Operations Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Oversee a portfolio of supported living, residential homes and domiciliary services for adults with disabilities, autism, physical needs and mental health needs
  • Line manage a team of Registered and Service Manager's
  • Ensure all services meet minimum expectations by achieving 'Good' in CQC inspections
  • Manage your region to ensure maximum profitability by effectively managing budgets, costs and excess
  • Identify development points, create and implement actions plans to address these issues promptly

The Area Operations Manager must have:

  • Leadership and Management Qualification
  • Experience managing CQC registered care sites for learning disabilities, autism and mental health
  • Prior job roles to include managing Registered and Service Manager's
  • Multisite management experience
  • Driving License
