A brand new opportunity has become available for an Area Manager to join one of the UK's leading retirement village developer and domiciliary to oversee their South East Services.

As Area Manager, you would manage a team of Estate Manager's and communities ensuring all residents are receiving personalised care plans in their own homes within the estate, CQC compliance across all sites, market your services to drive new homeowners to the estates, manage within allocated budgets.

This is a fantastic role for a Registered Manager of care homes or a domiciliary branch to make the step into senior management.

Requirements of you as the Area Manager:

  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management
  • Prior experience managing a CQC care service (domiciliary or care home)
  • Strong experience working with older people
  • Driving License and Vehicle due to travel requirements
