Adult's Social Worker

We are looking for an Adult Social Worker to join a Safeguarding Team.

THIS POST REQUIRES A SOCIAL WORK QUALIFICATION OF A MINIMUM 2 YEAR POST EXPERIENCE.

About the team

This team works with individuals that are at risk. This team will work to support those by carrying out Care Act 2014 assessments, contributing to care plans, screening referrals and reviews over cases under the section 42. There will be flexibility to work from home, this team does pride it's self on effective communication within the service for the benefit of the individual.

About you

You will be completing the necessary assessments in relation to Adult Social Care. A Social Work Degree/DipSW/CQSW within a minimum of 1 year post ASYE experience is required. Experience of working with 65+, Physical Disabilities, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health/ and or hospital.
