A large Local Authority is looking for an Adults Assistant Team Manager who is based within Surrey. This role is a full-time, and permanent position.

Ideally, you will have experience of working as an Adults Social Worker with a background within a Locality or Mental Health teams. This Local Authority is commented to the internal training and development and are always looking for internally for promotions.

Your responsibilities as the Adults Assistant Team Manager:

  • Manage and support a team
  • Develop effective partnership relationships
  • Prioritise daily challenges and expectations
  • Responsible for decision making

Requirements of you as the Adults Assistant Team Manager:

  • A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
  • A valid HCPC registration
  • Significant experience of working within Adult Services
  • Experience of working within Mental Health and Safeguarding
  • Must hold a full UK Driving Licence

Location: Surrey

Salary: up to £50,000
