A brand-new opportunity has arisen for an outgoing and ambitious Office Administrator to join a very busy team. Charles Hunter Associates is a Specialist Recruitment Agency based in Central Reading. We specialise in hiring Healthcare and Social Care professionals and due to extremely fast growth in our Temporary Social Care division, we now need additional support with Administrative duties.

We are looking for someone who has a bit of experience in an Administrative role, wanting to join a fun, lively office in a role which keeps you busy!

Your role as Office Administrator:

  • Supporting a team of four Recruitment Consultants with Payroll and Compliance Administrative duties
  • Uploading and processing timesheet data for temporary workers
  • Setting up new candidates and new clients onto our payroll system
  • Processing a large number of candidate timesheets on a weekly basis
  • Speak to candidates and guide them on how to complete their paperwork.
  • Liaise with clients to ensure they have given the correct paper work to ensure they are set up correctly on our payroll system
  • Speak regularly with our candidates to chase timesheets and ensure they are clear and contain the correct information
  • Speak with our clients to ensure they send outstanding PO numbers and timesheets
  • Follow Health and Social Care and Nursing compliance laws and legislations
  • Audit files to ensure the candidate can work compliantly
  • Send and chase references
  • Keep compliance check lists up to date, using excel spreadsheets

  • At least 6 months' experience in an Administrative role
  • Professional telephone manner with a focus on customer service
  • Confident in speaking to a multicultural diversity of candidates

Salary: £16-18k DOE
