Background Story

After leaving school at the ripe age of 16 I knew that college and university wasn’t for me, so I dove straight into searching for a career. After a couple of stints working in dead end roles, I landed my first real opportunity with an organisation whereby I was given the platform to develop as a Business Development Executive, and after hard work and dedication developed further into a Business Development Manager. After several years in this role I realised I wasn’t being challenged enough nor was I being rewarded enough for my efforts. In February 2017, I decided to take on a new challenge and join Charles Hunter Associates. Since joining, I have progressed from Trainee Consultant through to Team Leader and now have the opportunity to develop my own team.

Biggest Achievement

Winning Consultant's Consultant within my first 10 months at Charles Hunter Associates and also passing probation with a record breaking performance over budget. I also managed to get promoted to Senior Consultant after only 15 months.
