Background Story

​I have worked within several different sectors in the last couple of years. In my job prior to this, I was an Account Manager for an IT reseller. After working in a few different areas, I realised I hadn’t quite found something I was passionate about, but I knew I loved building relationships, speaking to people and helping them. After thinking about recruitment for a long period of time, I decided to look into recruitment in the social care sector, and this is where I found Charles Hunter Associates.

Biggest Achievement

My biggest achievement would be completing my apprenticeship when I finished school. I left school at 16 and went straight into a housing apprenticeship, this role was my first office job and gave me a lot of experience and transferable skills for the future.
