My Bio

Anusha is part of the permanent social care team, and covers Berkshire, Hampshire, and Wiltshire.

Background Story

I studied English Literature at university so I did not expect to end up in recruitment and I love it. I have worked previously in the social care industry so I have a comprehensive understanding of what the sector requires. I started out in recruitment sourcing candidates for domiciliary care companies and eventually found my way to Charles Hunter Associates!

Biggest Achievement
I have written a novel. It’s hasn’t been published…yet.

Why Charles Hunter Associates?

The training we have received has been absolutely brilliant. The team is so welcoming and it is a really dynamic place to work.

How would your team best describe you in three words?

Intelligent, witty and loyal.
