Adults Social Worker

We are looking for an Adult's Social Worker to join the Assessment Review Team.

THIS POST REQUIRES A SOCIAL WORK QUALIFICATION OF A MINIMUM 2 YEAR POST EXPERIENCE.

About the team

This team works with vulnerable adults within the community, the teams focus is to undertake assessments and review over care packages. Within this team regular MDT meetings are carried out, face to face visits and working with other agencies across the service to meet the needs to of the individual.

About you

The successful candidate will have previous experience of working with relevant legislation such as Care Act 2014, MCA, Section 42. A Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) within a minimum of 1 year post ASYE experience is required.
